Los Dolares was formed at the beginning of 1999, inspired by other groups of Caracas like @pati'a-No, Renuencia and 11011, who vindicated the alternative like tool of change of articles of incorporation, and "hazlo your same one" like work ethics. From the beginning we tied to the Commission of Relations Anarchists and to other compatible groups for the organization of the Third and Fourth Anarcopunks Days and the Platform 26S, during this last one arose the idea from the name of the group, as critical to the ominous influence of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank on the misery in our Latin America. More ahead we worked in other activities, as they were the International Days Libertarias Caracas 2001, Cine-Foro Libertario and several street manifestations.

Our following work would be a CD Compilatorio in benefit to the opening del Social Training center Libertarios of Venezuela, work that we made together with Always Rebellious Distro.

further on it would come out the idea to publish a vinyl of 7" with the aid of Johnny (NosekAⓒ Record) and Ingo (Depraved and Devilish) with our friends of Dona Maldad. At the same time we organized with the aid of several groups South american anarchists, the tour "Bows of Friendship and Resistance 2002" to make char them, projections of videos, concerts, and basically interchange experiences and friendship on the work of the movement anarcopunk in South america.

Months later we would make the second part of the tour, way to Venezuela, with the objective to collect funds for a future tour to Europe. In September of the 2003 we took off towards Barcelona, where, after some changes in the members, and new tests, we prepared the new disc "Las venas abiertas de America Latina" and the European tour that the same name takes.

In September of the 2005 we published Libro/CD "Las venas abiertas de America Latina" with the collaboration of several friends.
